Is this open to anyone?
No. Our network is for active investors only. We ask about your strategy, region, and budget so we can send only the deals that match — and so deals don't end up in the retail market.
How are these deals different from MLS?
Every property we send is sourced direct. They are not listed on MLS anywhere. All of our deals are almost always 100% off-market.
How fast do I have to move?
Most deals get claimed within 24–72 hours. Cash and pre-approved investors close fastest. We flag the urgent ones in the subject line.
What does it cost to be in the network?
Nothing. Free to join for accredited and experienced investors only.
What kind of due diligence do you do on a deal?
Each deal includes ARV based on recent comps, photos, and basic exit math. You're still expected to do your own diligence.
